反手快撕詳解 Close To Table Fast Backhand Loop:

  1. 兩腿分開 (稍大於雙肩的闊度)。
  2. 站位要近球台。
  3. 收腹。
  4. 手肘和右肩要放在身體前面,高於球台。
  5. 手腕內收,向內引拍
  6. 看準來球,在上升期擊球。
  7. 身體、腰、腳帶動手臂向前向上發力。主要借來球的力再主動發力(借力打力)。
  8. 重心由左腳轉向右腳。
  9. 注意擊球的中上部份。
 

 

 
  1. Separate your legs a bit wider than your shoulder width.
  2. Stand closer to the table.
  3. Bend your waist.
  4. Put your right shoulder and elbow in front of your body. and put them above the table a bit.
  5. Cock your wrist backward.
  6. Stare at the ball closely. Swing your arm in forward direction at rising phase of the bounce of the ball.
  7. Bend your waist.
  8. During the forward swing of your arm, transfer the power from your leg, wrist and body. Produce power from your body as well as integrating the force from the rebounce of the ball.
  9. Transfer the weight from left foot to right foot.
  10. Hit and brush the upper part of the ball.
