六種保護膝蓋的運動
健行或登山時常面臨爬上爬下的路程,其下肢需大量承重,髕骨與股骨間的軟骨受到較一般正常走路更強烈的壓迫,經常這樣,久了自然會造成軟骨磨損,膝蓋感覺不舒服甚至疼痛。
髕骨股骨疼痛症候群(Patellofemoral pain syndrome, PFPS),是一種膝蓋因過度使用而受損,以致膝蓋骨部位經常隱隱作痛的組織發炎症狀,這種疼痛在健行登山時下坡時感覺尤其強烈。

I’m back… well kind of. I realise that it’s been an age since I last wrote a post, life has been pretty busy (but I’ll say a little more about that in my next post). This post is all about the physical side of our sport and I’ve enlisted the help of an expert, Steve Brunskill.
Steve is a table tennis coach and personal trainer from the North of England, so he ought to know a thing or two about table tennis fitness. If you’re from the UK you have probably heard of Steve already. He was head coach of Ormesby Table Tennis Club, one of the biggest and most successful clubs in the UK.
