I’m back… well kind of. I realise that it’s been an age since I last wrote a post, life has been pretty busy (but I’ll say a little more about that in my next post). This post is all about the physical side of our sport and I’ve enlisted the help of an expert, Steve Brunskill.

Steve is a table tennis coach and personal trainer from the North of England, so he ought to know a thing or two about table tennis fitness. If you’re from the UK you have probably heard of Steve already. He was head coach of Ormesby Table Tennis Club, one of the biggest and most successful clubs in the UK.
